Sermon Blurb
Aug 23

If I was to ask you to describe yourself in only three words, what would you say. Difficult isn’t it. We realize that we are so much more than just three words. I could say I was man, preacher, singer. All of that is true. But there is much more to me than that.

If I was given a whole paragraph to describe who I was, oh that would be easier. I would be able to include more details. But still it is not an easy task. I would include many more things about myself but I would leave out other things because I didn’t think they were that important, or I downplayed the significance of certain things, or maybe I didn’t know that I had that gift but others did.

In this exercise, we realize that we are made up of many parts, many character traits, many gifts and many foibles. Join us this week as we think about Who do we say Jesus is? Is this answer simple or is it very complex?
